Physical wellness is the ability to maintain a healthy quality of life that allows you to get through your daily activities without undue fatigue, physical stress, or preventable disease through consistent, healthy, lifestyle choices.
DMBA Programs
Diabetes Management Programs: Virta (a diabetes reversal program) and Livongo (a diabetes management and diabetes prevention program for prediabetics). Visit the DMBA website under 'Health Management' in the main menu to learn more about the program and how to get involved. You must be on a qualifying DMBA medical insurance plan to be eligible to participate.
Digital Physical Therapy: Available at no cost to employees, spouses, and dependents aged 13 and older, who are enrolled in DMBA PPO 90, PPO 70, HSA 80, HSA 60, or Deseret Choice Hawaii.
