A Supervisor’s Role in Spiritually Strengthening Student Employees

This training reinforces one of the 4 Aims of a BYU Education: Spiritually Strengthening. It is available on demand in the Training LMS/Workday Learning, or as an in-person workshop that can be facilitated by one of our Talent Development professionals, or by someone in your area. Both versions have been developed at BYU to support both personal and professional growth and help employees and students align with BYU’s mission to develop individuals of faith, intellect, and character.
 

What to Expect:

  • Inspiration and Growth: Deepen your spiritual understanding and explore ways to apply key principles in your day-to-day work as a supervisor and in your personal life.
  • Flexible Formats: You can choose to complete the training online or request an in-person workshop for a more interactive experience with your peers.

Who should take the training:

  • All supervisors of students
  • Any employee at BYU who would like to learn more about how they can promote this important aim. 

This training can offer you valuable insights and tools to help you thrive in your role and contribute to a spiritually uplifting environment at BYU.
