Overnight Oats

Overnight oats make a great breakfast. Prepare these ahead of time for a nutritious dish that's perfect for busy mornings.

Instructions
Just put oats, milk, and sweetener combined in refrigerator overnight. Add nuts and fruit in the morning and you're ready to get on your way. You can use frozen fruit instead of fresh, just add it to the oats the night before.
