Chicken Burrito Bowl

INGREDIENTS
ground chicken (may substitute for ground beef, ground turkey, shredded chicken, or cubed chicken)
2 cups cooked brown rice
taco seasoning
1 can black beans
1 can corn
pico de gallo salsa (or any brand of chunky salsa)
fresh cilantro
shredded Mexican blend cheese
Cilantro Lime Ranch Dressing
1 cup greek yogurt (or sour cream)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook chicken and add taco seasoning as directed.
2. Place rice in bowl and add chicken. Drain and rinse beans and corn, then add to bowl. Store in refridgerator.
3. Prep salsa, cilantro, and cheese as desired. Store separately from burrito bowl until ready to serve.
4. Put dressing ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Store separately from burrito bowl until ready to serve.
5. Reheat burrito bowl then add salsa, cilantro, cheese, and dressing. Enjoy.
