The BYU counseling and psychological services website has a collection of relaxation recordings divided by the relaxation technique used. They also provide a brief description of the different techniques and the benefits associated with them. You can check their website out here.
The nonprofit organization HelpGuide also provides a collection of recordings, these are slightly shorter in length than those provided by BYU (they span mostly 5-10 minutes). You can find their recordings here.
