Intellectual Wellness
"Seek ye diligently and teach one another words of wisdom; yea, seek ye out of the best books words of wisdom; seek learning, even by study, and also by faith." (D&C 88:118)
Intellectual wellness is the desire and ability to continually identify and engage in mentally stimulating activities such as expressing creativity, thinking critically, developing and learning skills, expanding knowledge, exposing yourself to new ideas, and other activities that allow you to strive toward continual intellectual growth.
