Brie, Apple, and Cranberry Grilled Cheese

INGREDIENTS
4 slices sourdough bread
2 tbsp butter
8 oz chilled brie
1 medium honeycrisp apple, cut in thin slices
1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Butter one side of each slice of bread. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place two slices of bread butter-side-down on skillet. Top each slice with brie, sliced apple, and cranberry sauce. Place the other slices of bread on top, butter-side-up. Place lid on pan.
2. Reduce heat to medium and let sandwiches toast on bottom. When the cheese begins to melt, take off lid and gently flip sandwiches with spatula. Toast until golden brown.
