Salad in a Jar

Salads in a jar are a great way to prepare ahead of time to get extra servings of vegetables. They are super portable and customizable.

Instructions
Layer the jar with the dressing at the bottom, veggies and extras next, then protein foods, with greens on top. When you are ready to eat just empty the contents into a bowl and enjoy.
