Tomato Rice

This is a super simple and quick recipe for tomato rice. It is made in the instant pot and only takes a few minutes to cook.

Ingredients

2 cups long-grain rice
2 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon tomato bouillon granules

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
  • Secure the lid and set valve to closed position.
  • Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes. Allow for 10 minutes of natural release, then do a quick release for any remaining pressure.
  • Remove lid and fluff rice with a fork.
  • Enjoy!
