Understand and work better with the differing generations.
The BYU workplace is increasingly generationally diverse with at least four generations of people in most workplaces. In this four hour interactive workshop, led by Greg Danklef of HRD, you will learn to understand and work better with the generations sharing your workplace. We will get to know better each generation and discuss how increased understanding of the generations can help our communication, engagement, and sense of community.
