Multipliers

Multipliers are leaders who use their intelligence to amplify the genius and capabilities of the people around them. When these leaders walk into a room, light bulbs go on, ideas flow and problems are solved. These leaders inspire the people with whom they work to stretch themselves and surpass expectations. They use their smarts to make everyone around them smarter and more capable. You will become aware of how you might be accidentally diminishing others as well as how to really tap into the brain power of those on your team. You will learn five disciplines of Multipliers and how to test them out in practical and interesting ways. This interactive workshop is presented in three parts, each lasting about four hours.
