  • Support others in their goals by choosing healthy foods to share
  • Stock the office fridge with water bottles to share
  • Give a healthy snack survey so instead of cookies and donuts, bring your teams favorite healthy snacks like clementines, multi-grain chips, nuts, dried fruit, light popcorn
