Emotional Wellness

“To suffer some anxiety, some depression, even some failure is normal. (If we have a) miserable day once in a while, or several in a row, ... stand steady ... Things will straighten out. There is great purpose in our struggle in life.” (Boyd K. Packer)

Emotional wellness is the ability to successfully handle life's stresses and adapt to change and difficult times.
