Often, a Wellness Coach will help you learn a few techniques or workouts you can do at home or in the gym, exercise with proper form, or learn general nutrition principles, but you are welcome to explore the many options available to you through coaching!
Note: The wellness coaches are NOT certified personal trainers or dieticians.
