Sign up and learn about DMBA's Living Healthy program. Throughout each calendar year, eligible employees and spouses can each participate in 6 wellness challenges, valued at $30 each, and can take the Health Risk Assessment (HRA), valued at $70, to earn up to a total of $250 each.

It is each employee's responsibility to confirm participation expectations with their supervisor before participating in Employee Wellness offerings. Supervisors retain the right to determine whether their direct reports may participate on the clock or off the clock, or the conditions under which participation may occur.
Employee Wellness encourages supervisors to permit employees to participate in a reasonable number of hours per semester on the clock.
*If an employee were to participate in every single offering, we anticipate they would spend between 2 and 5 hours total each month with our program. This is compared to the expected average of 175 total working hours for a full-time employee each month and 120 total working hours for a 3/4 time employee.
