For active and retired faculty, staff, administrators, and their families
We have teamed up with Family Haven to build Christmas Stockings and make fleece blankets for children who are staying in their Crisis Respite Nursery. We have a goal of stuffing 150 stockings to support these children and make their Christmas special. We need help with both item donations and putting the items together.
Item Donations
Item collection boxes will be found in departments across campus. We are just trying to collect stocking stuffers for children ages 11 and under. We already have all of the blanket making supplies, so we don't need to collect anything for those. We have picked up all of the boxes from their locations around campus. If you still have items you would like to donate, please drop them off at JKB 2001 before 12pm on December 8th.

Stocking and Blanket Making
We will be making the stockings and blankets on December 8th at 1pm. We will have a hot chocolate bar and Christmas music! It is going to be very fun, so bring your friends and come do some service! Family members are welcome to come as well. If you are bringing children, they do not need to register.
