About
This Christmas season, we are thrilled to partner with the Nurturing Nations nonprofit group for this year's service activity. We will be compiling "Healthy Smiles" hygiene kits for children in developing nations.
Other service projects will be available at the activity as well. It's a great opportunity for employees to come together and share the light this Christmas season.
Item Drive
To prepare for this event, we are hosting a donation drive for personal hygiene items, which will be used in assembling the "Healthy Smiles" kits.
Item List
- Toothbrush and travel toothpaste
- Dental floss or small mouthwash
- Chapstick
- Comb or brush
- Small mirror
All items should be travel-sized, new, and unopened. These kits will be provided for children.

Department List
Departments across campus are invited to sign up below to receive a donation box, where employees can conveniently drop off items. Each box will include a list of requested supplies. Department sign-ups end on November 17th. Below the sign-up button is a list of departments who have already requested a box.

Register
Registering lets us know you plan to attend at some point during this 3-hour service activity. We want to make sure we have enough seating and refreshments for those who want to attend.
If you want to bring your student employees with you, please make sure they get registered and that they know they MUST be clocked in to participate. This is due to campus policies around activities scheduled on Reading Days. Non-student employees do not need to be clocked in to attend.
