Fitness Mania Challenge
About
Get active with the Fitness Mania Wellness Challenge! This 8-week challenge is perfect for those wanting to try out a few new exercises. By the end of the challenge, you will have tried 8 different exercises and narrowed them down to your favorite. This is also the perfect length of time if you need an idea for one of your Living Healthy challenges. While you can replace any of the options with a different exercise based on your ability, you must do 8 different exercises and spend at least 15 minutes doing an exercise to count it for this challenge.
You can attend YFitness or community fitness classes, utilize on-campus facilities and equipment, or use these videos to help you on your way to completing this challenge.

2024 Challenge
Want the chance to win a medium Jamba Juice? Participate in the 2024 Fitness Mania challenge! All active faculty, administrators, and staff are encouraged to participate in this challenge and will be entered to win upon completion of this challenge. Those with qualifying DMBA insurance can also use this challenge for their Living Healthy Challenge 2 this year.
To be entered to win, you must complete at least 75% of the challenge by the challenge deadline (April 30th). You will be asked to share your experience and provide a photo. If you win, your photo and experience will be shared in the newsletter.
You will be able to fill out the form to complete the challenge between April 29 and May 5.
