Cauliflower "Wings"

INGREDIENTS
1 large head of cauliflower
1 large egg
1 cup almond flour divided (more may be needed)
2 tsp arrowroot divided - this is key to getting them extra crispy

For Buffalo style:
1 tsp salt
1tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup Buffalo sauce

For teriyaki style:
1 Tbsp Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
1 cup island teriyaki sauce

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 425 and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Wash and chop your cauliflower to desired sizes.
3. Add 1 egg to a ziplock back and shake vigorously to “whisk/break” the egg. Add cauliflower to ziplock bag.
4. For Buffalo -In a bowl mix together 1/2 cup almond flour, 1 tsp arrowroot, salt, pepper & garlic powder.
5. Teriyaki- in a bowl mix 1/2 cup almond flour, 1 tsp arrowroot & jerk seasoning
6. Divide the cauliflower. Toss 1/2 in the Buffalo mix bowl. Remove from bowl and place in a flat layer on your prepared baking sheet. Repeat for the jerk seasoning. ( keep the 2 different flavors divided on the baking sheet).
7. Baked for 25-30 min until lightly brown.
8. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 min and set oven to broil.
9. Pour the Buffalo sauce over the Buffalo seasoned pieces and the teriyaki over the jerk seasoned pieces (also feel free remove from tray and toss in a bowl with sauces).
10. Place back in oven and broil about 5 minutes. Keep an eye on it! Let it blacken a bit or to your desired taste. Enjoy !
