Physical Activity

  • Start a walking group in-person or over Zoom
  • Attend BYU's free fitness classes together. Options for live or pre-recorded exercise classes.
  • Present or tour the fitness facilities available to BYU staff
  • Participate in a Healthy Me Fitness Challenge together as a team
  • Participate in an Intramural sport as a team
  • Do a stair climbing or walking challenge. "Walk" to Disneyland or "climb" Mt. Everest using the respective step counts, or use the theme STEP-tember to make it fun!
  • Walk to the Provo temple as a group during lunch hour
  • Initiate doing an exercise challenge for your department. Try the Hike the Y, March Mania, Morning Movement, Plank, Stretching, Take a Hike, TRYathalon, or Sky Scraper Stair Challenges.
  • Share a presentation about the types and benefits of exercise
