Understanding and recognizing bias in the workplace is an essential step to managing it. This workshop defines unconscious bias (also called implicit bias), describes how it shows up in the workplace and encourages participants to use that knowledge to reduce the adverse effects of bias. This workshop lasts about two hours but can also be offered as a one-hour version.
