INGREDIENTS
1 lb raw jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
Sauce
2 medium garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
4 tbsp honey
3 tbsp soy-sauce
Optional Garnish
chopped fresh parsley
chopped green onions
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine sauce ingredients and divide sauce in half.
2. Marinate the shrimp with half of the sauce for 15-30 minutes. Discard marinade.
3. Pan-sear shrimp in a skillet with oil over medium-high heat. Sear on both sides until cooked, about 1-2 minutes per side.
4. Dish and serve hot, drizzled with the remaining sauce and fresh parsley or green onions (optional).
