Balsamic Beef and Mushroom Salad

INGREDIENTS
2 cups spinach
2 beef sticks, sliced
1 cup mushrooms
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
salt and pepper
1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
2 tsp chia seeds
balsamic vinaigrette of choice
chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place spinach on plate or in large bowl.
2. Slice beef sticks into thin slices and sprinkle on salad.
3. Sauté mushrooms to your liking with olive oil and salt.
4. While mushrooms cook, slice and quarter cherry tomatoes and toss in 1-2 tsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
5. Wait for mushrooms to cool slightly and top on salad.
6. Add tomatoes to salad.
7. Slice avocado thinly and add to salad.
8. Finish by sprinkling with chia seeds and drizzling with balsamic vinaigrette.
