Creamy Tuscan Sausage Skillet

INGREDIENTS
24 ounces Fully Cooked Kielbasa Sausage sliced
2 tbsp Butter
1/2 Onion chopped
2 tsp Garlic minced
1 cup Chicken Broth
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/4 cup Chopped Roasted Red Peppers
3 cups Fresh Spinach

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, and saute the onions until softened.
2. Mix in the minced garlic, and saute for another minute.
3. Pour in the chicken broth, heavy whipping cream, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until the mixture thickens.
4. While the sauce is thickening, heat the sausage in a separate skillet over medium high heat until seared on both sides and heated through.
5. Add the spinach to the sauce, and saute until wilted.
6. Stir the sausage into the sauce, and mix to combine well.
7. Let rest off of the heat for 5 minutes before serving.
