Mediterranean Green Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1/2 banana
1/2 peach, frozen
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 small cucumber or 1/2 big one
1/3 cup almond milk
1 cup spinach
chia seeds, soaked (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Chop banana, peaches (if not frozen), cucumber. I recommend using frozen fruit for a creamier texture - either peaches or the banana, I used frozen peaches.
2. Put all ingredients into your blender and blend until everything is smooth.
3. Add some chia seeds if desired.
4. Enjoy immediately.
