INGREDIENTS
3 cups greek yogurt (you can sweeten it yourself with honey, or choose a flavor you like)
Assorted fruit of your choice:
- strawberries
- raspberries
- blueberries
- banana slices
- mango chunks
- cranberries
- etc.
Nuts:
- pecans or walnuts
- almond slivers
- pistachios
Dark chocolate chunks
Granola
You may also add fruit jam, peanut butter, melted chocolate or nutella, pocky sticks, etc. Be creative!
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread yogurt across sheet (if you are adding sweetener yourself, mix it in to the yogurt before this step).
2. Sprinkle toppings across yogurt.
3. Freeze at least 3 hours, then break into pieces. Serve when ready.
