Something in Common

Start by explaining that the goal for round one is for team members to find the most unique thing they have in common. Send participants to breakout rooms for 3 minutes to discuss this. After 3 minutes return to the main room and have one person from each team share. For round two, challenge team members to find the most unique thing while excluding physical traits and places. Send participants to either the same or different breakout rooms to discuss. For round three, challenge your team members to find the most unique thing in a specific category, like high school.
