Chickpea & Avocado Summer Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS
16 oz chickpeas (either from a can or dried to cook at home (recommended))
2 avocados
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup feta cheese
8 oz whole wheat pasta (rotini)
juice of 1 lime
2-3 tsp olive oil
salt
pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook chickpeas for 25m in Instant Pot, or according to package directions.
2. Cook pasta on stove until soft. Drain pasta, let cool and add to salad bowl. Drain and cool chickpeas and add to bowl.
3. Chop cilantro and avocados, then add to salad. Add cheese, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix and enjoy.
